If you request information, we may contact you to discuss or deliver it. To opt out of future communications, see the “897Opt-Out” section below.
Personal Information includes:
A. Contact details (e.g., name, address, phone number, date of birth, email)
B. Payment information (e.g., credit card number)
C. Preferences related to our Digital Services; and details about how you discovered us
D. It also includes activity data (e.g., usage patterns, demographics, geographic location, lawn/pet preferences) when linked to PII.
We may combine offline and online Personal Information or supplement it with data from third parties.
2.2. Information from Third Parties
We may obtain Personal Information from research firms, marketing partners, public databases, payment processors, mobile carriers, third-party login services, or affiliates, as well as individuals connected to you.
2.3. Non-Personal Information
We collect and store aggregated, Non-Personally Identifiable Information (NPII) about online activities, such as browser type, system type, page views, visit frequency, and duration. We may link PII to your IP address to tailor offers when you revisit our Sites. Non-Personally Identifiable Information becomes Personally Identifiable Information if combined with identifiable data, and we will treat it accordingly under this Privacy Policy.

We use cookies to assign unique identifiers to your device, track how you found our Sites, and save login details or preferences for convenience. We may also track your IP address or referral URLs to resolve technical issues or administer the Sites. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may limit access to certain features. Unless cookies are disabled, our system issues them automatically.

Third-party advertisers, ad networks, or content providers may use cookies to collect data about your online activities, potentially linking it to PII for targeted ads. We do not control these third-party technologies; contact the relevant provider for inquiries.
4. Credit Card Information
To use our services, you must provide contact details and credit card information (type, number, expiration, CVV2). We store contact information in our system but not credit card details, which are processed directly by a third-party payment gateway compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

If a child 17 or younger submits PII, a parent or guardian should contact us at scoops@scoopsquadal.com to request removal from our active databases. We are not liable for third-party COPPA violations. Children can use many Site features without providing PII, though we collect usage data via cookies from all users, including children.

- notice of information we collect
- request access to your Personal Information

We may require you or your authorized representative to verify your request by providing us with additional information, including providing us with information to verify your identity before disclosing any PII to you. This is a security measure to ensure that PII is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response. You may only submit a request to access your PII twice within a 12-month period. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under any applicable state laws. Unless permitted by the applicable state law(s), we will not: (i) deny you goods or services; (ii) charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties; (iii) provide you a different level or quality of goods or services; or (iv) suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services. However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the applicable state laws that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any financial incentive we offer that is permitted under the applicable state laws will reasonably relate to the value of your PII and contain written terms that describe the program’s material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time.
During the preceding 12 months, we have collected each of the PII categories described in the Privacy Policy above, but we have not sold Personal Information to third parties.
