Does ScoopSquad Clean the Entire Yard?
ScoopSquad will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
Do you provide dog waste removal services all year round?
Yes! ScoopSquad provides dog waste removal services all year long. During all types of weather we will still show up to provide services. Only when the weather is dangerous (tornados, lightening, etc.) will our technicians delay your service. They will resume service once the weather is safe to return to work.
How much does it cost to hire a professional pooper scooper?
ScoopSquad has pooper scooper service plans designed for almost every household. While most homes are the same price, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $95 and $135 per month. However, it is possible to have a plan less than this.
Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.
How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop might be considered a hazardous material. ScoopSquad disposes of dog poop in accordance with all state and local laws. This usually means we will dispose of the waste in your trash receptacles. However, we will take the waste off your property and properly dispose of it with waste management if that is what you prefer. When being disposed of in your receptacle, we will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house if we do not have access to the trash cans.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at ScoopSquad To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a veterinary-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we conduct a background check on all employees.
Can you clean withmy dog in the yard?
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside. If your dog is determined to be too dangerous to clean the yard with, and you’re unable to remove them from the yard, we might have to remove you from the routes.
However, our owner Sean is a world renowned canine behavior expert. So if anyone is confident around angry dogs, he is.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
Yes, you may request a specific cleanup day. However, not every cleanup day will be available in your area. We optimize our routes in order to provide you with the least expensive options. If your request costs us additional resources, we may need to pass the cost onto you.
Do you provide arrival windows for services?
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed. This is done to ensure we are able to keep costs low and we in turn pass those savings on to you.
